We announce the death of James Allen Lynch of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Golden Lynch and Nora Josephine Nale Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lynch of Waycross; and his brothers, Dr. Richard Lynch (Tillie) of Waycross and Steve Lynch (Denise) of Claxton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home and Crematory (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Satilla, 808 Evergreen Way, Waycross, Georgia 31501.
