She was predeceased by: her parents, George Marvin Minix and Pauline Ball Minix; her husband Alvin Waldo Bell; and her siblings, Raymond Minix, Dennis Minix and Sylvia Vining.
She is survived by: her children, Shaun Bell (Jill) of Spotsylvania, VA and Ellen Dowd (Philip) of Waycross, GA; her siblings, Sarah Shuman (Mike), Melanie Crews (late Kevin) and Donald Minix (Alexis); and her sister-in-law Jean Minix. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (5000 Brunswick Hwy, Waycross, GA 31503).
