With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Johnson Rigdon of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Carroll Johnson and Lucille Tanner Johnson; and her sisters, Carolyn Daniel and Jackie Pickering. She is survived by : her husband Richard "Ricky" Rigdon; her son Tyler Tinsley of Dawsonville; her stepson Rick Rigdon (Elizabeth) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Madelyn, Trenton and Carter Rigdon; her uncles, Bobby Boatright of Alma, Roy Johnson of Dawsonville and Darrell Johnson of Bartow; her aunt Annie Merle Johnson of Douglas; her sister-in-law Becky Hayes of MacClenny; and her niece Missy Wallace of Atlanta.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home (207 W 12th St, Alma, GA 31510). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
