He is survived by: his wife Shea Talley; his children, LJ Talley, Blake Warren (India), Cody Warren (Ashten), Marissa Walter (Ryan) and Kaitlin Palmer (Tyler); his grandchildren, Kevin Weston Warren, Blakely Warren, Anisten Warren, Bowen Warren, Chandler Warren, Lilyana Walter, Greyson Walter, Rowan Walter, Watson Walter, Amya Palmer, Avner Palmer, Maevalyn Palmer, Wrenleigh Palmer and Vera Palmer; and his brother Randy Talley (Michelle).
A reception will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home (600 Oakwood St, Folkston, GA 31537).
