He is survived by: his wife Margie Fuller; his parents, Debbie Joiner (Bob) of Waycross, GA and John Fuller (Karen) of New Port Richey, FL; his siblings, Nanette Borges (Ray), Wendy Finlay (Matthew), Scott Fuller, Robert (Joy) and Jason Joiner; his niece Nicole Borges Williamson (Mark); and his nephews, Wesley Joiner, Isaiah, Noah Finlay and Josh Borges (Emmalee).
