He was predeceased by : his parents, Broward McClelland and Lucille Dormany McClelland (Waycross); his former life partner Mary Vogel "Bunchy" McClelland of Brunswick; and his brother Charles Broward "Charlie" McClelland. He is survived by : his wife Beth Herrin McClelland of Waycross; his daughters, Janet Monroe (Sonny) of St. Marys, Anne Fulford (Jeff) of Waycross and Cele Bullard (Ed) of Tifton, Georgia; his stepchildren, Ginger Howard of Atlanta, David Howard of Savannah and Scott Howard (Betsy) of Savannah; his grandchildren, Lindsey Paulk (Jacob) of Harriett's Bluff, Jack Fulford (Kaleigh) of Waycross, Anna Fulford of Waycross, Tate Bullard (Anna-Leigh McCartney) of Tifton and Zack Bullard (Kasey) of Macon, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Austyn Fulford, Max Fulford, Natalie Fulford, Penelope Fulford and Sam Paulk; his niece Marsha Mcghin (Dale) of Waycross; his nephew Charlie McClelland; his friend Dewey Newman (Susan) of Waycross; and also, Robert Howard of Savannah and Will Howard of Savannah.
