He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Nipper and Susie Spell Nipper Groover; and his brothers, Don Nipper and Jesse Nipper. He is survived by: his children, Michael Nipper and Michelle Nipper; and his brother Gene Nipper (Tammy) of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
