He was predeceased by : his father Laurence Maxelle Waters, Sr.; his grandson Max Dylan Waters, Jr.; and his siblings, Edward Waters, Bertha Mae Martin, T. J. Waters, Roy Waters and Loretta White.
He is survived by : his wife Vivian Waters of Waycross; his children, Max Dylan Waters (Selina) of Waycross, Jasmine Vivian Waters of Waycross, Cheyenne Waters of Waycross and Christopher Waters of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Maxzelle Dillon Waters and Aleigh Maxzina Waters; and his siblings, Virginia Carroll of Hawkinsville, GA and Harley Waters of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
