He is survived by: his wife Carla Nipper of Waycross; his children, Jeff Nipper (Christina Schmidt) of Yulee, FL, Jason Nipper (Brittney) of Yulee, FL, Kim Harrison (Andy) of Jacksonville, FL, Timothy Nipper (Brittany) of North Carolina and Levi Thrift of Waycross; his grandchildren, Andrew Jadon Nipper, Allison Schmidt, Madison Schmidt, Ava Nipper, Britney Nipper, Christian Ramirez, Gabriella Ramirez, Nicholas Nipper, Ashlyn Harrison, Justin Harrison and Timothy Nipper; and his brothers, Gene Nipper (Tammy) of Brantley County and Jim Nipper of Jesup.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
