He is survived by : his daughter Felecia M. Leggett (Michael); his granddaughter Michelle K. Cobb; his siblings, Connie Barnes, Joyce Gladney, Alexander Welch (Lloyd) and Bradford Barnes; his nieces, Kimberly Gauthier and Stephanie Allen; and his nephew Sean Welch.
