She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Skeets" M. Matich, Sr. and Colleen Aspinwall Matich; and her husband William Hamilton "Bill" Bennett. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Strickland (Eric) of Richmond Hill, GA; her grandchildren, Morgan Strickland, Brittany Strickland, Sydney Strickland and Jake Strickland; her brother Walt Matich (Zeda) of Blackshear, GA; her nieces, Mary Ann Jordan (late Jason), Elizabeth "Liz" Yarbrough (Jason), Debbie Greene, Kathy Layden (Stan) and Karen Bennett; and her nephew David Bennett (Aimee).
