She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rigdon and Mildred Waters Rigdon; her husband Roy D. Blackstock, Sr.; and her siblings, Mavis Broach, Gene Rigdon, Burt Rigdon and Charles Rigdon.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy D. Blackstock, Jr. (Beth) of Waynesville and Dan Blackstock of Waynesville; and her grandchildren, Mandy Noland, Zachary Blackstock, Christopher Blackstock and Aaron Blackstock. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oakland Cemetery (2410 Alice St, Waycross, GA 31501).
