She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanette Murray Selph; her husband Gary Moore; and her brother Rodney Middleton. She is survived by: her father Tracy Gene Middleton; her children, Brandi Day (Will) of Blackshear, GA, Donnie Howell (Hope) of Blackshear, GA and Shawn Spates of Blackshear, GA; her grandchildren, Calvin Savage, Liam Day, Holt Spates, Payton Howell, Landon Howell, Judson Howell, Kolton Howell, Austin Morris and Braden Morris; and her brother Tracy Middleton. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
