She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Guy Prater and Maxine Cobb Prater; her husband Harry Wilson Prevatt; her daughters, Susan Fullard and Lorri Stewart; and her grandson David Guy "Gus" Fullard.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Tillman (Dorsey) of Waycross and David K. Prevatt (Pam) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Zack Bowman (Nancy) of Waycross, Rebecca Brown (B. J.) of Blackshear, Matt Stewart of Waycross and Megan Rigsby (Taylor) of Perry, Georgia; her child Jordan Prevatt (Charlie Barnard) of Waycross; and her great grandchildren, Floyd Guy Fullard, Bela Nicole Fullard, Katie Elizabeth Bowman, Bradley Jackson Brown, Marleigh Kate Brown, Harper Rigsby and Henry Rigsby.
