He is survived by: his wife Tonya Gail Williams Youmans of Waycross; his children, Miranda Whitley (Horace) of Blackshear, Vicky Violet Youmans of Blackshear and Richard Allan "Ricky" Youmans (Debra) of Blackshear; his sister Carolyn Walker of Blackshear; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Douberly of Waynesville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
