With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Cameron Barnard Sr. (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Rodney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rodney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parent Cameron Walter Barnard; and his wife Rebecca Ann "Becky" Barnard. He is survived by: his mother Colleen Sills Barnard of Waycross; his sons, Rocky Barnard (Tabitha) of Waycross and Caleb Barnard (Allison) of Salem, OR; his grandchildren, Emeri Barnard, Mason Barnard, Peytan Barnard and Rylan Barnard; and his brothers, Wendell Barnard (Kim) of Waycross, Jerry Barnard of New York, NY and Steve Barnard (Marie) of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
