She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Marion and Zora Stambaugh; her children, Rix, Tam, Marines, Baxley and Anastasia; her husband Roy J. Carlson; her sister Phyllis Jeannine Stambaugh Tomsett; her nephew Todd H. Tomsett (Lisa); and her granddaughter Harper.
Roxey was proud of her forty + years contribution to the Nursing profession.
