He is survived by: his parents, Ray Carter and Paige Carter of Amelia Island, FL; his sister Megan; his brother-in-law Dean Morgan of Birmingham, UK; his grandparents, Gale Carter of Brunswick, GA, Derry and Melba Banks of Bellville, GA; his uncles, Derek Carter of Brunswick, GA and Kyle; his aunt Trinca Banks of Buchanan, GA; and his cousins, Taylor and Abby Banks.
