She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Kicklighter and Mary Lee Johnson Kicklighter. She is survived by: her husband David John Gallagher of Blackshear; her daughters, Ginnie Carter (Bruce) of Blackshear and Karen Owens of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Katelynn Carter Scott (Josh), Matthew Carter, Brayden Owens and David Hollis Owens; and her siblings, Sandra Brice (Joe) of Atlanta, Sue Gibbs (Eulin) of Hartwell, Kay Proctor (Julian) of Woodbine and Jerry Kicklighter (Cindy) of Blackshear. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
