He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Lee Lewis; his daughters, Michelle Romero (Randy), Stephanie Callaway (David) and Melodie Swedin; and his grandchildren, Ashley Pitts (David), Rachel Romero, Laley Miller and Brady Miller.
