It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Travis Gene Guy (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Marvin Guy and Berniece Duncan Guy; and his brother Tony Wesley Guy, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie K. of Germany and Shauna T. (Ethan) of Florida; and his siblings, Mary Ann Anderson (Wayne) of Waycross, Bea Davis of Waycross, Billy Guy (Brenda) of Adairsville, GA, Rev. James Guy (Sandra) of Dallas, GA and Rev. Johnny Guy (Brenda) of Homerville, GA. He is also survived by one granddaughter, two grandsons, one great granddaughter and one great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request that individuals plant a tree in Travis' memory.
