She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Lee Baker Ksiazek; and her grandparents, John, Olga Fuzy, Edward, Evelyn Ksiazek, Robert Lee and Mabel Baker.
She is survived by: her father Jerry Ksiazek; her son Garrett Smith of Waycross; her brother Richard Ksiazek of Wintersville; her stepsiblings, Cathy Risnear of Toronto, Ohio and Daniel Risnear (Renee); her nephew Caleb Ksiazek of Niceville Fla; her niece Chanya Ann Marie Engle of St. Clairsville; and her aunt Gloria Ksiazek Hayward.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
