He is survived by: his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Ralph Barnard of Blackshear; his brother Charles Scott of Waycross; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Mullis Mclees (Justin), J. R. Mullis, Patrick Mullis (Missy), David Mullis (Asami), Raymond Merchant (Melissa), Shelley Merchant and Josh Scott (Katelynn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby Mclees, Joe Mclees, Kimberly Mullis, Allie Mullis and Kellan Mullis. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
