We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2025, at the age of 96, Anne M Mincey of Waynesboro, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Morgan and Mary Leona Mckenzie; her husband James Benjamin Mincey of Waynesboro, Georgia.; her daughter Gail Welborn; and her siblings, Edward Morgan, Dorothy Lyons, Donald Morgan, Wayne Morgan, Tommy Morgan, Janice Weatherford and Judy Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Quick (Butch); her grandchildren, Brad Welborn (Cara) and Katie Donnelly; her great grandchildren, Dyllon Welborn, Bailey and Allie Donnelly; her sister Marjorie Doss (Ronnie); and her close friend Harold Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Anne's memory to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
