With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Nell Jenkins of Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on January 1, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Lewis Harbin and Vera Pauline Sapp Harbin; her husband Joseph Richard Jenkins; her grandson Brian Mobley; and her brother Clifford Lewis Harbin, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ann Mobley, Donna G English (Kenneth) and Sheryl J Quick (David); her grandchildren, Stan Mobley (Millie), Blaine Marshall, Neely Lee (Jackson), Ryan Quick (Melissa) and Lauren Hice (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Millie Jane Mobley, Brin Mobley, Brooks Mobley, Noah Kate Mobley, Joe Mobley, Maddie Grace Holland, Kayson Marshall, Maddox Lee, Austyn Lee, Lila Cate Quick, Ella Anne Quick, Hank Hice and Charley Hice; her brother Franklin Harbin (Ann); her sister-in-law Patricia Jenkins; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Bonnie Jenkins, Lisa Shrum, Lori Messick, Paula Eaton, Pam Garrett, Dianne Latham, Frank Harbin and Steve Harbin.
