He is survived by: his parents, Deana Lynn Shade-Thomas of Hephzibah, Georgia. and Eric Glenn Phillips; his siblings, Micah Xavier, Eric Jr., Aaron, Solomon, Ashley, Erica, Kennedy and Tajanna; and his grandmother Earlean Dorsey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
