He is survived by: his children, Melissa Dixon (Cedric Bell) of Waynesboro, Gerald "Chip" Willard Dixon, Jr. (Sarah) of Hephzibah, Devin Chance (Herbert) of Sardis and Jeremy Frank Dixon, Sr. (Creshawn) of Waynesboro; his mother Carolyn Reagan Dixon of Guyton; his siblings, Gary Dixon of Savannah, Bill Dixon of Savannah, Judy Idris of Savannah and Kenny Dixon; his son Kip Jenkins; and his close friends, John Durst and David Dixon. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
