She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Rowland Chance and Thompson Kennedy Chance, Sr.; her husband Jackie Lovett; and her siblings, Billy Chance, Sr., Thompson Kennedy Chance, Jr. and Jane Chance Howell.
She is survived by: her son Johnny B. Lovett (Karen) of Waynesboro; her granddaughters, Kacey Johnson (Marcus) of Waynesboro and Kris Johnson (Jason) of Waynesboro; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Sophie and Cason Johnson; and her stepgreat-grandson Jase Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
