He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Alice Mobley; his children, Debra Smith (David) and Jeff Self; his grandchildren, Gary Smith (Courtney), Stephen Smith (Charla) and Heather Self (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Grayson and William.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Botsford Baptist Church.
