It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Tinley of Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William P. Newman; her stepmother Anna Newman (Mother Mildred M. Newman); and her brother Mike Newman. She is survived by: her husband John Lewis Tinley Jr.; her children, Pamela T. Earl, John Lewis Tinley III and Susan Renfroe; her grandchildren, Katherine Earl, Fiona Tinley, Tinley Renfroe and MadiGrace Renfroe; and her great grandchild Josiah Tinley.
