He was predeceased by: his parents, Stafford Vickrey Sr. and Helen S. Vickrey; and his sister Sandra Posey (Jimmy). He is survived by: his wife Karen Vickrey; his children, Amy Vickrey, Kelly Irwin (Bobby), Jennifer Martin (Jerry), Joe Moran and Tyler Reeves (Michelle); and his brothers, Stafford Vickrey Jr. (Tammie) and Larry Vickrey (Dianne). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and other family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Deloach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home (220 E 6th St, Waynesboro, GA 30830). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
