He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Dixon and Rayford Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Jerrie W. Dixon; his children, Bradley Dixon of North, SC, Melissa Lynn (Franklin) of Rodanthe, NC and Steven Dixon (Jolene) of Waynesboro; his siblings, Carl "Shorty" Dixon of Waynesboro, David D. Dixon (Ellen) of Waynesboro and Lois Mora (Joe) of Appling; and his grandchildren, Marlee Livingstone (Jack), Regan Lynn, Samantha Dixon, Joshua Lynn and Ryan Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Remembrances may be made to the church of one's choice in honor of Wayne Dixon.
