He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Morgan Mobley; his son Bryan Mobley; and his siblings, Jake Mobley and Janice Howell. He is survived by: his grandsons, Kyle of Waynesville and Kevin Mobley of Waynesville; and his sisters, Ermine Whitley of Jesup and Mary Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
