We announce the death of Christopher Arthur LeFrederick Traylor (West Point, Georgia), born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 40. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Will Trammell, Fred Heard, Mattie Ruth Pittman Evans (Jimmy) and Arthur Lewis Traylor Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Angela Trammell Yarborough, LaSha Heard, Jeff Heard, Larry Pittman, Sylvia Price, Robert L. Pittman and James Todd.
He is survived by: his parents, William Charles Traylor, Sr. and Melanie Mikele Trammell Traylor; his sons, David and Daniel Traylor; his stepson Christin Garner; his brothers, William (C. J.) and Corey Traylor (Toya); his aunts and uncles, Geraldine Todd, Vicki Trammell Cuthbert, Debra Lane (Rosedale), Lorna Floyd, Yolandra Truitt, Yolanda Parker, Jerome Pittman (Yvonne), Benti Trammell (Cameka), Kim Heard (Paula) and Reginald Lovelace (Dana); his nieces and nephews, Catori, William III, Jillian and Corey, Jr.; his godparents, Phillip, Theresa Todd of West Point, Georgia and Bobby McClain; and his close friends, Sidney Hill, Kwinton Deramus, Dedrick Little, Syris Lemon, Trina Lamar, Keli Davis, Marquez McCullough and Jamal Bridges. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
