Linda June Sechel Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 17, 2026, at the age of 84, Linda June Sechel of West Point, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Linda farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Linda is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Toomerie and Pearl Brewick Toomerie; her husband Emil Sechel; her sons, Charles and Ronald Sechel; and her brothers, Merle and Keith Toomerie.

She is survived by: her children, James Sechel, Cecile Mahr (late Edward), Kathy Laski (late Kenneth), Lorrie and Michael Michalowski; her sister Diane; and her brother-in-law William Perkins. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
