It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Ann Hester of West Point, Georgia, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Wally Hester (Missy), Al Hester (Linda) and Gary Hester (Lisa); her brother Walter "Scoot" Johnson (Martha); her grandchildren, Wesley Hester (Sam), Robert Mawyer (Shane), Bethany Anderson (Graham), Ashley Hester and Joshua Hester (Allyssa); her great grandchildren, Kayla Akins, Ian Hester, Addison Mawyer, Cody Anderson, Tobin Anderson and Charlotte Jade Hester; her great great grandchild Porter Scott Hester; and her sister-in-law Beverly Johnson.
