He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Miller; and his brother Paul Miller. He is survived by: his wife Penny Miller; his children, Rhonda Henry, Jeff Miller (Tracy), Tommy McGowan, John Michael McGowan and Mackenzie McGowan; his sisters, Leigh Dees (William), Claire Milligan (Gil), Dawn Regelman (Keith) and Gwen Cogar (Richard); his grandchildren, Colby (Amy), Blaine (Jeni), Daulton (Carley), Avery (Cole), Reilly, Cole (Brinley), Cade, Cason and Willa Kate; and his great grandchildren, Langston, Rowen, Allie, Jonah, Luke, Evelyn and Poppy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
