With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Harper Harrell (West Point, Georgia), born in Siluria, Alabama, who passed away on January 20, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Harper and Vera Harper; her sister Joanne Norris (Awbrey Norris); her nephew William; Frank Colville Harrell, Pearl "Bebe" Harrell, Roy (Julie), Nancy, Gail Ball and Wesley.
She is survived by: her son Frank Colville Harrell, Jr.; her grandchildren, Frank and Ayumi; her children, Lillian (Steve), James (Jessy) and John (Diane); her granddaughter Chloe; her daughter Lura Hammock (Randall); her grandson Luke (Katie); her great grandchildren, Eli and Franklin; her grandson Mark; and her nephew David Norris (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to West Point Presbyterian Church or Sav-A-Life.
