She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Barrett (Andrew) of Cairo, GA and Lacy Johnson Polk (Kyle) of Whigham, GA; her grandchildren, McKenna Polk of Cairo, GA, Gracelyn Marie Polk of Whigham, GA, Emersyn Polk of Whigham, GA, Kyle Polk, Jr. of Whigham, GA, Keegan Barrett of Cairo, GA and Kinsley Rae Barrett of Cairo, GA; her brothers, Ken Womble (Tisa) of Cairo, GA and Juddy Womble (Beth) of Whigham, GA; her mother-in-law Sylvia Lacy Johnson of Tallahassee, FL; and her brother-in-law Doug Johnson of Tallahassee, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
