He was predeceased by: his parents, Atha Louise Jett Blanc and Hugh Willard Blanc; and his siblings, John Carter Blanc, William Blanc, Jackson Blanc and Charlotte Blanc Nighbert.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lowell Blanc; his sisters, Carolyn Blanc Davis and Jacqueline Blanc Kerr; his son Christopher Blanc; his granddaughters, Christiana Marie Blanc and Angelina Marie Blanc; his daughter Cheryl Ann Blanc; his grandchildren, Ryan Edwin Bradham (Amanda) and Grace Elizabeth Bradham; and his great grandchild Hudson Thomas Bradham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
