He is survived by: his wife Donna Price Moore of White Plains, GA; his children, Rachel Atkins (Steven) of Sharpsburg, GA and Isaac Moore of Greensboro, GA; his grandchildren, Ethan Ortlauf, Jack Ortlauf, Wesley Atkins, Emerson Atkins, Zachary Atkins, Joshua Atkins and Anna Atkins; and his sister Nancy Chapman (Bill) of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
