She was predeceased by: her parents, L. J. Ruark and Annie Eliza Ruark; her husband Bob Cooper; and her siblings, Katherine Lyle (Ennis), Helen Hughes (Doby), Elizabeth Williams (James), Doris Christie (Howard), Bill Ruark (Barbara), Eugene Ruark (Rachel), Jack Ruark (Jean) and Roger Ruark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Cooper and Sheryl Scott (Howard); her grandchildren, Chris Bailey (Sarah), David Williams and Janna Bailey; her great grandchild Gabriel Bailey; and her friend Tom McKinley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
