He is survived by: his wife Tena Mulkey; his son Brandon Mulkey (Brittany); his grandchildren, Hazeleigh Mulkey, Evie Dingman, Chayten Collett and Ellah Durrent; his siblings, Terry Godfrey (Marty) and Trena Godfrey; his mother-in-law Debra Garrett; and his brothers-in-law, Shane Garrett (Shannon) and Timmy Garrett (Dallas). He is also survived by his family, friends.
