He is survived by: his wife Debbie Forrest Thomas of Blairsville; his sons, Kevin (Diane Thomas), Todd Forrest (Joelle Golden) of Blairsville and Kyle (Samantha Thomas); his siblings, Bobby Thomas of Austell, GA., Roy (Brenda Thomas) and Joyce Dyer of Cornelia, GA.; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Summer Porter, Coby Forrest, Brooks Thomas, Brynn Metz and Bryar Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
