He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Moore Warren; his parents, Ruby Chambers Warren and Albert Warren; his stepmother Della Warren; and his brothers, Milton Warren, Travis Warren and Verlin Warren.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristi; his son-in-law Steve Smith; his grandsons, William Smith (Emily), Cody Smith (Addison) and Brian Smith; his great grandchildren, Cara Brooke Smith and Ada Grace Smith; his brother Doyal Warren; and his niece Melissa Buchanan. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
