Hicks (Cathy) and Shari Hicks; his brother David Chadwick Hicks; his stepbrothers, Derrick, Jeremy and Nathan Carney; his nieces and nephews, Hayden and Haylee Hicks; his uncles, Timothy and Mark Hicks; and his cousin Eddie Heard.
