She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Leonard Castleberry; her parents, George Walter "Walt" and Allie Frizzell Lovelady; her brother George W. "Buddy" Lovelady; and her nephews, Daniel Wayne and George David Lovelady.
She is survived by: her son Mike Castleberry (Inez); and her niece Cindy Lovelady Templeton. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
