He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee Burkett, Sr. and Mary JoAnn Waller Burkett; and his brother Jodie Burkett. He is survived by: his sister Sherry Ann Grant of Jerome, Idaho; his aunt Patricia Foskey of Surrency, GA; and his uncles, Charles Smith of Baxley, GA and Bill Smith of Newnan, GA.. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousin and other extended family.
