She was predeceased by: her parents, James Venson and Clara Agnue Gunter Hallman; her husband William "Bill" Steele; and her siblings, Jerolyn Hallman and Wyman Hallman.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Steele of Willacoochee and Paula Amy Hall (Timmy) of Nashville. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
