He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elton Stephens and Margaret Elene Kelley Stephens; and his brother Calvin Arthur Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Donna Grace Borders Stephens; his children, Joshua Stephens (Melanie) of Griffin, Stephanie Corley (Ryan) of Griffin and Noah Stephens (Faith) of Griffin; his stepsons, Jonathan Merchant of Dahlonega and Marcus White of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Tucker Stephens, Elijah Stephens, Jessica, Shelby and Delilah; his sisters, Brenda Jansen (Keith) of Grand Island, NE and Rhonda Stephens of Griffin; and his father-in-law Ernest Borders of Griffin.
